Shipping policy



1. What are your delivery costs?

  • We offer delivery within England, Scotland and Wales for a flat fee of £50, with orders arriving within 2-5 working days. 


2. Which areas do you deliver to?

  • We offer delivery to England, Scotland and Wales.
  • Currently, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or any offshore islands.
  • However, for special requests or specific delivery needs outside these areas, please feel free to email us or call us, and we may be able to arrange something for you.

3. How long will my delivery take?

  • Standard Delivery Time: Delivery will typically occur within 2-5 working days.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 9.00pm (excluding UK Bank Holidays and weekends).

  • Please note: delivery times may vary, especially in rural or remote locations.

4. Can I choose a delivery date or time?

  • We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time when placing your order. However, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or text notification with your delivery date and an estimated timeslot.

5. What is the delivery method?

  • We use our own fleet of vehicles for all deliveries to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • A signature is required upon delivery for confirmation.

  • Kerbside Delivery: All deliveries are made to the kerbside/doorstep. Our drivers are not insured to carry items inside your property.

6. What happens if I miss my delivery?

  • If no one is available to accept the delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply.

  • If you fail to arrange a re-delivery, the order may be canceled, and an administrative fee of 20% of the order value will apply.

7. What if my delivery is damaged?

  • We recommend you inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any damage, inform the driver immediately and report the issue to us as soon as possible.

  • If you cannot check the goods before signing, please sign as “unchecked” and notify us right away.

8. Can I store my items outside?

  • To ensure the longevity and quality of your items, we recommend storing them in a dry place, away from moisture and humidity.

9. When should I book a tradesperson?

  • Important: Do not schedule any fitters or tradespeople until your order is delivered and inspected.

  • We are not responsible for any third-party charges incurred before the goods arrive.

10. What happens if my order isn't delivered on time?

  • If your order isn’t delivered within 30 days of the order date, you have the right to request a refund or ask for replacement items under Distance Selling Laws.

11. Do you guarantee batch consistency?

  • Our products are made in batches, so colour variations may occur between different batches.

  • We cannot guarantee exact matches between orders, so please ensure you order enough panels to complete your installation. Contact us immediately if you need to match a specific batch, and we’ll do our best to assist.

12. Can I cancel my order after it's been shipped?

  • If your order is already in transit, cancellation may result in a cancellation fee to cover the initial delivery costs. Please contact us promptly if you wish to discuss your options. The delivery fee will still apply.
