Refund policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we are here to help!

1. Returns

  • We accept returns for most items within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Services team via email or phone. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.

  • There will be a 20% restocking and administration fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable due to their nature, including:

  • Damaged or used products (unless faulty).

  • Products missing original packaging or in a condition unsuitable for resale.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return and it is inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • If your returned item is damaged or incomplete, we may reduce your refund amount to reflect the loss in value.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Original Shipping Fees: If your order was eligible for free shipping, any original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your product is damaged, or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund and cover the return shipping cost. 

 Any faults or damages must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Exceeding this time may result in your claim being denied.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order prior to dispatch by contacting us immediately.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items for a refund. A cancellation fee will be applied.
